Spent three nights and was impressed by the personalized touches, like the separate temperature control and the thoughtful welcome goodies. The kitchenette made meal prep easy, but staff professionalism could use a boost. Breakfast had a nice selection, yet at times fell short on supplies. A great place for families looking for comfort!

A welcoming surprise in Albany

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift that brightened my day. The comfortable king-size bed made it easy to relax after a long drive.

Unfortunately, the shower left much to be desired. the water pressure was almost non-existent, which turned my morning routine into a test of patience.

Ideal choice for a brief sojourn in Albany with great value-to-price ratio. The room was comfortable and clean, which made for a pleasant stay. For best experience, make sure to check the amenities available ahead of time.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The kids loved streaming their favorite shows on the TV with Netflix and Hulu. We spent our days visiting local parks and exploring nearby attractions. The kitchenette was a huge plus for preparing snacks and meals together.

One small downside was the breakfast area being crowded at times, making it hard to find a table during peak hours.

Our family had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the welcome gift package with water and snacks. The warmth in the separate bedroom's temperature control provided comfort for a restful night. It's also convenient that we could prepare our meals in the kitchenette. However, the breakfast area could use better management during peak hours for more enjoyable dining.
